What this site is written for
Med spa owners who are considering a prescription program and want to understand the operating model before they talk to anyone. The questions that come up first are rarely clinical. They are about who the patient sees, who holds the licence, who carries the fee, and what happens when a processor asks questions.
These pages answer those questions in the order they tend to arrive.
How the pages are written
Every cost figure on this site is either published by Aesthera or quoted from a named platform's own public pricing, with the date it was read. No figure is estimated.
Where a competitor does not publish a number, the page says so rather than filling the space. Where a regulatory or certification fact is involved, the page points to the body that decides it instead of paraphrasing a rule.
What is on this site that is not our view
The comparison pages describe platforms Aesthera competes with. Each one leads with what that platform does better, because a comparison where one party wins every line is not useful to the person reading it.
Where a competitor is cheaper, the page says so and shows the arithmetic.
What we do not claim
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and no page here is a substitute for a clinician's judgement about a patient. Aesthera supplies infrastructure. Clinicians who are licensed in the states where a patient lives make every prescribing decision.
We also do not publish testimonials, outcome figures or client names, because we would rather be verifiable than persuasive.
Corrections
If a figure here is wrong or out of date, tell us and it gets corrected with the date noted. Platform pricing moves, and a page that quotes a stale number is worse than one that quotes none.
