Programs a med spa can offer under its own brand
Six prescription programs can run behind a med spa's own brand. Each one is reviewed by a licensed clinician and shipped by the platform's pharmacy. The med spa chooses which to offer, sets the price, and keeps the patient relationship.
The six programs
Launch one or all six. Each is prescribed by a licensed clinician and shipped by the platform pharmacy.
Weight management
Provider check-ins and monthly refills, reviewed between your client's appointments.
Testosterone therapy
Labs, protocol and ongoing monitoring, handled end to end by the clinical team.
Hair loss
Prescription treatment plans for clients already asking about thinning and regrowth.
Hormone therapy for women
Perimenopause and menopause support, prescribed and monitored by licensed clinicians.
Peptide therapy
A focused peptide menu, prescribed where clinically appropriate and shipped directly.
Skin and aging
Prescription skincare that sits alongside the treatments you already sell.
How does a program run day to day?
A client starts on the med spa's site or in the building. Intake and consent happen online. A licensed clinician reviews the case and either writes a prescription or asks for more information. The pharmacy dispenses and ships.
Refills follow the schedule the med spa sets. The platform handles pharmacy and shipping questions, so the front desk is not pulled into a supply chain it does not control.
What does the med spa have to do?
Choose the programs, set the retail price, and market them. The med spa is also responsible for how the program is advertised, because prescription marketing carries rules that retail skincare does not.
What has to be in place first?
A payment account approved for the prescription charges, certification where the processor requires it, and a clinical pathway for the states you treat in. Certification is usually the longest item, and it can start before anything else is built.
Where this fits
- What a white-label platform runsThe clinical, pharmacy and payment layer, and what the med spa keeps.
- What it costsSetup, the monthly fee, and what is not charged for.
Which program should a med spa start with?
Whichever one clients already ask about at the front desk. Weight management and skin programs usually start first because the demand is already visible.
Can a med spa offer all six?
Yes. Most start with one or two and add as the workflow settles. Each program carries its own pharmacy and clinical requirements.
Does every program need certification?
Certification applies to the payment side rather than the program. Where a processor requires it, one certification covers the programs you run through that account.
Are these programs available in every state?
Coverage depends on where the platform's clinicians are licensed. Ask which states are live for the program you want before advertising it.
How are refills handled?
The platform runs refill support behind the med spa's brand. The front desk does not chase a pharmacy, and patients have one place to ask.
Can patients get a program without visiting the med spa?
Yes. Intake, review and refills run remotely. Many med spas offer it to existing clients first and open it more widely after.
