Privacy policy

This policy explains what this site records, why, how long it is kept, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers the enquiry form and the pages you visit. It does not cover patient care, which is delivered by licensed clinicians under separate clinical terms.

What do we collect?

What you type into the form

  • Your name
  • Your business name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • How soon you are looking to launch
  • What best describes your business

Every field is required, because we cannot assess a fit without them.

What we record automatically

  • The page you submitted the form from.
  • The page that referred you here, where your browser sends it.
  • Campaign parameters in the link you arrived on. These include utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content and utm_term.
  • Click identifiers from advertising platforms, where the link carries one. These include gclid for Google Ads and fbclid for Meta.

Campaign and click data tells us which advertisement produced an enquiry. Without it we cannot tell which channels work.

What we do not collect

This site does not ask for patient information, and it does not ask for payment details. Please do not send either through the form.

Why do we use it?

  • To review your enquiry and respond to it.
  • To understand which pages and campaigns produce enquiries.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations that apply to us.

We do not use your enquiry to make automated decisions about you, and we do not build advertising profiles from it.

Who do we share it with?

We share enquiry information with the companies that operate and support this service, and with the providers we use to run it. That includes the party that handles the enquiry once it is submitted and the providers who host and maintain the site.

We do not sell personal information.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long do we keep it?

Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can pick up a conversation that paused. After that we delete or anonymise them.

Records we are required to keep for tax or accounting purposes are kept for the period the law requires.

Cookies and measurement

This site sets no cookies for advertising, and it does not run third-party advertising trackers of its own.

If we add site analytics, it will be named here before it is switched on, along with what it records and how to opt out. Links you arrive on may carry campaign parameters, which are recorded with your enquiry as described above.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to do any of the following, and we will respond within the period the law allows.

  • Tell you what we hold about you.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop contacting you.

To make a request, use the contact route on the about page. We may need to confirm your identity before we act, to avoid disclosing your information to somebody else.

Where local law gives you additional rights, we honour those as well.

How is it protected?

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in systems we control or that our providers operate for us. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority where the law requires it.

Children

This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and revise the date below. The current version always applies.
